Mcfarlane actually intends TO BREAK THE LAW AGAIN
This DICKHEAD is actually going to try to collect on past health insurance EVEN THOUGH THE ARBITRATOR SAID IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL. What a piece of shit we have in charge of TRIMESS!
I thought all the info about procedures and costs from insurance companies was protected under HIPPA privacy laws.Can somebody expound on that? So what is our recourse if they decide to violate Oregon State wage hour laws? How can a public agency be allowed to violate state law?
