Explain that to the folks on Barbur Boulevard trying to figure out why they haven't seen a 12 come by in an hour but here shows up a 43 and a 96...
(Or, for that matter, why TriMet loves to keep the 94 - and ONLY the 94 - express only despite explicit snow route instructions that dictate the 94 acts as an extra 12 in snow/ice conditions...)

Hey, that same bus was running a 20 yesterday!
I have never seen a bus with that sign when there were snow routes in effect...
It's one of those options that's in there just in case; easier to just have it in there

It was obviously not supposed to be activated today (by have it in there, I meant have it in the system).
I saw that bus on friday night leaving BTC! Very strange
