Of course Portland is still in the dark ages when it comes to transparency, but we can dream for a better future can't we?

It would help if we had cable access that wasn't in turmoil; they're the ones that usually do government meetings
Trimet TV is capable of doing many things. They have TV screens feeding information into the report area's for the drivers.
They could do it, but they don't want to.
Instead they make everyone go through the cumbersome 'request for public records' and then have the gall to charge the public for its public records.
Oregon is a joke when it comes to transparency.
