There is no official Trimet document that specifically bans hand trucks on Trimet
I am wanting to buy that person a grocery cart so the issue can be settled and he can have a device that is expressly allowed. Right now, he's stuck in the crossfire of operators handling issues and rule enforcement inconsistently, and of the TriMet Code and other rider information not covering every single conceivable situation.
