Riders better hope that the weather doesn't turn miserable again because this year there is a serious shortage of people that actually do the work. Trimet has never been ready for these weather emergencies in the past and there is no reason to believe they will be ready this year either. And now they have a serious shortage of people that do the work so it will only get uglier
