BUT, it would be reasonable to look into what he was doing leading up to it: If he did indeed take MAX there, would he have passed a fare inspection? Would an inspection or other security check have caught him (it sounded like he wasn't acting right)?

I read the press release about that incident, and it sounded like something that could happen anywhere.
