That's not light rail (Tacoma doesn't really have "light rail", just their streetcar line that they call "light rail" but uses the same identical Skoda cars that Seattle and Portland use) but Sounder Commuter Rail. Kind of like WES, but people actually ride it and they have real locomotives and bi-level coaches, and one train can carry over 1,000 riders at once.
