Michael needs to stop talking, or, be a bit more selective in who he is talking to. His statements, if truthfully reported by the media, the police and the TriMet supervisor, are all over the map.
This poor bus driver is screwed. He keeps changing the story. That isn't going to bode well for him. I wonder what really happened. Was he overworked and took a plea from trimet to fill the run hours after he had finished another and fell asleep for a split second too long? It seems likely. The report only says that he was beginning the run. Damn, i wish more of those buses had cameras. And heck, if his story is true, cameras on the bus could've proved it, rather than simply leaving it to question. All i can say to the operator is good luck.

Call Out to Mary Fetsch:
Why are you leaving this employee out there by himself? Make a statement..say something for God's sake.
Who is he? Did he make a mistake? Are you investigating the accident?
This is a TRIMET EMPLOYEE. Do your job.
Of course OregonLive covers this for their driver-hating audience.
...I say as if they have no right to, haha.
Where was the Union Rep....Why is the Supervisor talking, whith no evidence???? Too many people talking, who should not be.
