That is obviously the reasonable explanation.
But they don't want to say that cause that would 'look bad'.
Hell that's standard operating procedure in this country.
Why should he (Mcfarlane) be ashamed of that? This is what executives do.
They profit on others pain, its as American as apple pie.
He 'saved' the company $50 million by his tactics so he gets his cut of that.
Greed is good remember>
No that $368 million over 30 years to be precise or $10.5 million yearly from the obligation they cut from union workers.
