I have concerns about this one. From what I am seeing this person is re-posting comments that was made on a private forum into a public forum. Though this person is not happy about the comments made in a private forum I have to question his rights to bring them in to the public as if the comments were intended for him to receive them. Though many of the comments pointed out I feel was not appropriate comments for a person to make about another person. It was still made in a private format. Now this person is wanting TriMet to take actions for an operator doing something in a private area.
Al you and I have know each other for a while and in our private talks we have voiced things that was on our mind freely and unfiltered to each other because we are friends and feel we can vent freely without concern of our privacy being violated. Shouldn't this fall into the same type of area?
I also did not like Mary Hill's comment about bus doors are required to be open. Take a look at SOP B808 #11 and you will see that the SOP talks about closing the door at layover. http://www.chrisdayatu757.com/cdcom/HDocumnets/B808.pdf

I didn’t want to get involve with it at all. But when people conspire to do harm I can’t sit there and let it happen.
