From what I hear on the scanner this new crop of operators is unable to deal with the mentally ill socially isolated people on their buses and are demanding that people be removed for trivial reasons.
Then they feel they are "not backed up" by the agency.
The training is obviously bad and operators are not expecting what they are seeing hence they can't handle it
