Most of us TriMet geeks know that which driver you get determines what you can bring on. Some drivers are total dicks and other drivers will go out of their way to help, it's all up to the individual driver. They are literally the captain of those buses.
There are "guidelines" but after 20 years doing this job that's all they are, the driver has total discretion
