Shelly Lomax says

At a recent TriMet board meeting a customer came forward with her laptop and played a snippet of video and audio from a bus ride. The audio and video were played without context, but as you may imagine, it was intended to cause raised eyebrows about an interaction on a bus. This sharing of video was on the heels of a photo sent by a customer to the local media making news.
Both of these incidents serve as a stark reminder that with pocket video cameras, smart phones and the like, every interaction has the opportunity to become a "YouTube" moment.
Please continue to use good judgment out there, stay off your cell phones when driving and stay calm when dealing with difficult people (contact Dispatch for help when you need it). Let the only thing they "catch you" at is doing a great job.
