Trainees line training in plain clothes
According to a trainee Trimet is not providing uniforms until the trainees have completed the sixth week of training!
Too many quitting or not making the cut!
I have been reading your blog for several weeks now. As a transit trainer for the last 12 years this is something that I agree with. I would take my students to the uniform shop on the first or second day of training. This way they would have their uniforms ready when they got out of training. While our people are in training they wear shirts that are already used with no patches on them. All I can say from what I have read is that you have alot of balls standing up to your company the way you do. Good luck to you brother.
