MANAGEMENT BY HYPOCRISY

Interesting that if any member of the general public had posted this nothing would have happened.

But I posted it, and they can fire me for doing that apparently.
It’s also interesting that my state of mind gets no consideration.
I wonder if anybody reading this understands just how upset I was over being penalized for doing something that I thought was entirely legitimate!
It never occurred to me, even for the slightest second, that I would be subject to these recording rules!
When they talked to me about “recordings” these were recordings I was making  in person, as a party to whatever was going on.
The dispatch “recordings” are actually CAPTURES, I am “capturing’ the audio, I am not an observer or participant in these conversations.
The law specifically calls them “intercepts”.
It is not the same activity! And I bet they know it!
When I left that meeting I was pretty damn upset, and had to make sure I kept my emotions in check in order to continue operating a bus!
We are all dealing with a very abusive management now, a management that lacks all standards of ethics and decency.
Beware operators, be very aware.

ACLU time. This information as you have noted was already publicly available. Penalizing you for re-broadcasting something already in the public domain is a clear First Amendment violation.

It's ACLU time, dude.
