Are you sure? Doesn't it only go to a grand total of one other place, as well as take expensive park tickets to ride?
That being said, it would be interesting to know what the cost of a monorail system would be compared to MAX and what the visual impact would be. A downside is that simple ground-level stations wouldn't be possible.
I'd rather pay Disney my hard earned money and get something for it (entertainment), than to pay TriMet the money to subsidize greedy developers and politicians.

I'd gladly take the Disneyland Monorail System over...well...TriMet. That Orange Train that you see was recently retired and replaced.
