“The MBTA and the MBCR have been horribly managed, in my opinion, for
certainly the 10 years I’ve been in Boston,” she said. “I would start
at the top and work down, and make a real effort to radically overhaul
the system.”
She wants state or federal intervention to solve the budget crisis.
“As a society, we have to decide sometimes that some things matter
enough that we’re willing to do what it takes to keep these essential
services up and running,” she said.

Good post. OPAL should get together with Occupy Portland and Occupy Trimet.
All it would take is 50 dudes per bus during am rush hour traffic and mr. Bus driver hits "Pass-Up Overload" and wa la miss commute is DOA.
