Macfarlane issued a PROCLAMATION expressing his sadness over the "termination" of some non union employees.
I found it quite interesting and sent an email over to the person who sent the news release asking for a list of the positions that were eliminated.
She referred me to Trimet Legal (uh huh) who wanted me to do a REQUEST FOR PUBLIC RECORDS in order to get that information.
We already know that Trimet Legal Department is operated by THIEVES who take great pleasure in charging exorbitant fees to provide public information.
So here we have the career bureaucrat Macfarlane, a man who has been bald faced lying to the public about our benefits, (we have been paying for our benefits for over a year, this fact has not been told to the public)making a proclamation about some non union employees that have been laid off.
BUT WE HAVE NO WAY TO VERIFY THAT ANY OF THAT EVEN ACTUALLY HAPPENED.

Seems they could at least announce the amount of savings resulting from the eliminated positions?
I bet they will take that money and hire another.to displine more union workers. It's call still peter but screw paul. Rember when they told milwaukee people you have a binding contract with trimet for milwaukee light rail. Tri met forget they have a binding WWA with union workers and they have lost the appeals 3 time. So they hold everyone to there agreement . But they break the law to there union workers. Backstabber
