I am disgusted at Neil for cutting cleaning services on our entire fleet. Again, while riding a newer bus (2800) yesterday, I see brown dust bunnies all over the roof, black dirt around HVAC intakes out outlets. Same on every bus I have been on over the past year. The only clean transit in PDX is Streetcar and that's because TriMet has nothing to do with its daily function!
