PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
TriMet is now facing a lawsuit in connection with a stabbing that happened on one of its buses in fall 2012.
According to the lawsuit, Austin Vanhagen started yelling and using racial slurs while on a bus in Oregon City on Oct. 2.
Richard Dickson recently filed the suit.
It claims several passengers tried to remove Vanhagen from the bus.
That's when he reportedly lashed out.
Dickson, another passenger and the driver all suffered stab wounds in the resulting struggle.
Dickson is suing TriMet and the bus driver for $250,000 for damages and negligence

Not only does he get stabbed, now he has to defend himself in a law suit. I wonder if management is going. To backup Leonard on this
I would imagine they would be.
I heard the whole call I don't see what Leonard could have done differently.
Please leave Leonard alone.He has suffered enough already.
The "Good Samaritan law" covers those who tried to help those in need.
