Neils Bullshit

“Through our innovative partnership with GlobeSherpa, we’re excited to have our riders be among the first in the U.S. to use a mobile ticketing app to ride both buses and trains,” said TriMet General Manager Neil McFarlane. “We’re just weeks away from launching this cutting-edge tool that will make it even easier for riders to use TriMet.”

(nah, its a good thing, ex executive Carloyn Young has a big stake in this. Nothing like that revolving door between government and private business huh)

At least he qualified it as 'among the first in the usa' rather than we are the first. It's been in use in Europe for some time.

Thanks for pointing out that Carolyn Young will receive a percentage of all the revenue that Sherpa generates.
