3-SOME PORK BARRELS-SOMETHING ABOUT BUS STOPS AND THERE IS NO COMPETIVE BIDDING--IT LOOKS LIKE THIS WILL BE $20,000,000 FOR USELESS SHIT-- RESOLUTION NO. 22-07-43 OF THE TRI-COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT OF OREGON (TRIMET) AUTHORIZING ON-CALL CONTRACTS WITH JUST BUCKET EXCAVATING, INC., BRATTON CONSTRUCTION, LLC, AND ADVANCED TRIBAL, LLC FOR BUS LAYOVER IMPROVEMENT AND UPGRADE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS 


4-After considering the estimated office furniture requirements for these projects, the limited amount of remaining contract authority, and allowing for some contingency, Legal Services estimates that the amount of the PacificWRO contract must be increased by $3,620,000.  This Resolution seeks a modification of the PacificWRO contract in the amount of $3,620,000, for a new total contract value of $4,570,000. THIS IS FOR FUCKING FURNITURE! This Resolution requests that the TriMet Board of Directors (Board) authorize the General Manager or his designee to execute a contract modification (Modification) with HMI Oregon Dealership, Inc. DBA PacificWRO (formerly known as Herman Miller) for Systems Furniture and Ancillary Furniture Support Services. 


5-The Optimization Plan will review historic, current and projected parking utilization at Park & Rides, analyze time-of-use data and geographic demographics through license plate studies, and consider other key characteristics, such as facility access to major arterials.WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS CRAP???RESOLUTION NO. 22-07-45 OF THE TRI-COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT OF OREGON (TRIMET) ENDORSING A PARK & RIDE OPTIMIZATION PLAN
