Are you aware that when you call into the garages your calls are recorded?
All the calls are reviewed and operators can be subject to discipline for things they say over the telephone!
Trimet management does not bother to have the phone's on any sort of pre-call messaging system that informs you that the calls are being recorded.
(funny how I can be FIRED for doing the exact same thing that they do openly)
