Henry Beasley sends complaint to Jon Hunt

Mr. Hunt.
Just to respond to your e-mail, I am confused.  This issue has gone on for most of the year, and now you are saying that "we" need an operator based grievance?  I've been telling you this for a long time and giving you feedback that "we" deal with.  Now you are making a proposal to OSHA?  This should have been done a long time ago!  I and others have stepped up and told you what "we" need and you ignored "US".
"We" are skeptical about "your" actions, since "you" have not bothered to respond to "us".  When was this "filling" done?  Why is the need for information, have to be specific to "a" bus?  More importantly, why have the need for information have not been put in the paper, or told to our shop stewards or posted on the union posting board, or "you" out in front of the garages gathering the information, so that you would get immediately response?  Also, you did not say that those of "us" would be able to remain confidential.
In talking to OSHA, did you cite the PSU study (third-party)?  Did you cite, that Trimet have fired all cleaners early this year, so that "all" buses have not been cleaned, in that time? Did you do "your" research on the OSHA statues and Oregon State laws on Labor, when talking to them?  Did you cite any long-term effects of being exposed to certain bacteria, and germs, for example, "you don't fire housekeepers from cleaning an emergency waiting room, just because, its cost effective"?  Did you cite, the fact that we lose more retirees, just months after they retire?  In "my" opinion, I don't think "you" have.  You don't answer to anyone, other than those whom you deem as a threat to your position.  "I" am someone who doesn't care about that, but I do care about the day to day aspects of "our" job, that "is" effecting us on a daily basis.  As "you" have shown, this is not a priority to "you".  "We" don't see you, "we" don't hear from you, the paper that is put out is nice, but how is that going to mobilize anyone, when it doesn't say anything?  In reading your response to "us", you made a positive statement (operator campaign), then you take away that by saying, operators need to report things without confidentiality, lastly, you say that "I" need to provide information concerning "a" specific bus, or to clarify, PLACE THE BLAME AND SOLUTION ON "MY" BACK TO SOLVE.  This type of divide and conquer is what Trimet thrives on and so does this union.

Lastly, if you had reviewed my e-mails in recent days, I reported a bus to Mr. Kinoshita a couple of weeks ago about a specific bus:
Kevin,
Can you do a follow up on bus 2008 and see if it was fumigated and put aside, cleared out, before it was put back on the line? I filled out a work card for it. I know it will take time to get back to me to see if there were any corrective action. In contacting you, you are able to check it quicker than any of us. What I am trying to figure out if that bus was put back out there without anything done to it. It could be hazardous to our health.
Henry.
I finally got a response from the their department, it usually comes with a photo copy (front and back) of the original card.  Mine came back with just the backside, with no response to the insect infestation on that bus (cockroaches).  All that was done was a possible fix of the AC, nothing further.  That bus was put back on the line, with the same issue.  This is the type of thing "we" speak out for, you don't.  Below is a picture of "our" Fall friend, the Moth, this one is dead, although it came close to my face while I was driving.  "We" know that, you don't, this has been going on every Fall since I started.  Is this acceptable, NO!  What are you going to do about this?
