Agreement to provide documentation
This summary shall be provided at the end of the meeting while all participants are still present and must be signed by all participants.
This document is to provide protection for all parties involved so there is no confusion as what occurred and what was decided during the meeting.
If this contract is not agreed to then I request a written letter to which I can respond in writing and will not provide any information verbally.

I bet that will be a no, but if they do not agree to this at least we have documentation that the meetings are not reliable.
