TYPE 4 EMERGENCY CONTROLS LACK SAFETY REQUIRMENTS ACCORDING TO RAIL OPERATORS
The reason this is relevant is because the latest crash at EXPO was TYPE 4, operators complain that they can't get to the emergency controls fast enough because they are not right in front of them as they are in all the other MAX trains, they have to take their eyes off the rails to find the emergency stop and the horn.
