I have submitted two requests for safety assessments, the first one was rejected and I was given the bureaucratic run around (fill out more paper) and the second one
I still have not heard back from!
Also there is no list of safety submissions?
In other words, we operators CANNOT track the number of safety submissions nor can we track the official responses!
MORE BULLSHIT FROM OUR ESTEEMED MANAGEMENT!

Wait, you mean seeing how many times we can say the word "Safety" in a 2 hour board meeting is not actually what makes things safer?
