I like all the references to "current transit industry practices"...
It's also a current transit industry practice to invest in the bus system and replace buses after 12-15 years...but somehow TriMet is being selective in which transit industry practices it wants to follow - and ignore. Why bother with photo IDs? TriMet has bigger problems.
