I have a hypothetical question for First Transit. If a person has been using Weld County transportation prior to First Transit taking over the contract and they are on dialysis and live in Platteville, oh, and they are on Medicare as opposed to Medicaid, what are their options now? I have heard of one person that will be forced to move to a nursing home!
