City officials credit newer, cleaner buses, extended evening hours
and route changes over the past few years designed to help buses run on
time.
"They're more reliable, and people recognize we've made a lot of
steps to improve service," said Randy Hume, the transit director.

Good post.That is the 2nd article that you have made that points out newer and cleaner
buses as a core value(The other was Denver).If we can't drive newer equipment,can we at least have clean exteriors,interiors and inside windows?
