I counted at least TEN riders that were passed up by two 94 buses (the bus in front of me, and my bus, running back to back) yesterday. This has been a on-going complaint of mine. The 92 seems to get it - whenever I had to ride the 92 in snow/ice, it picked up everyone at the 54/56 stops. But the 94 seems to have a mind of its own and thinks it's still an express when it can't be. And the 12 buses are extremely unpredictable in this weather...it seems that TriMet sacrifices the 12, keeps the 94 on express...

That all buses are now local buses, right?
