What if the weather turned bad or freezing again and TriMet was unprepared because they didn't have the buses chained up? Not sure if it was that day, but it did actually snow one of the nights and cause trouble.
Do you think the operator was supposed to go onto I-5, that there wasn't a message he missed?
Did you vote for the bond measure that would have meant new buses, with drop-down chains?
Does this mean you support rail lines which don't need chains?
