It appears that one of the ATU members conducted a challenge to the candidacy of Mr Heintzman after his candidacy was approved.
ATU international bylaws clearly state that challenges to elections and candidates must take place AFTER THE ELECTION.
Did this cost Mr Hientzman votes? Who knows but according to international by laws it is basis to challenge election results.
I will be voting NO TO THE MOTION-BRUCE HANSEN PRESIDENT OR COUNT ME OUT!

So Mr. Heintzman wants to challenge a challenge that no one knew about? We alienated ourselves
from the International by using our time and money on his behalf to challenge Heintzman's last election loss. This would be the 3rd loss in a row that he has challenged, when does this end? At this point, is it possible that Mr. Heintzman is intentionally dividing and distracting this union while we are locked in a prolonged struggle with management. Or is it that he only cares about his own power and position? And what of Mr. Hunt, does his extreme personal loyalty to Heintzman render him incapable of serving honorably as Vice President under Bruce Hansen?
This was the rational for the recall, Doesn't make it right-VOTE NO ON THIS AT THE MEETING-VOTE NO!
