TRIMET HAS CONSISTENTLY LOST RATINGS FROM APTA

How much more evidence is required before somebody with actual power (like that loser in the governors office) does something about the once well regarded Portland transit agency. It's now the laughing stock of transit agencies and it loses ratings every year, well it actually gained 1 last year unbelievably.
