Trimet officials absolutely refuse to engage in a continuing dialog with riders or members of the community.
They are perfectly willing to do 'one time events' such as Neils little 'chat with Neil' events but they absolutely positively refuse to engage in a continuous ongoing dialog where they cannot control the flow of the conversation.
It's disgraceful that an agency that says it wants to be more transparent refuses every single attempt to attempt to get information from it!
