@wynams There wasn't a schedule change to the Green Line, but operator rotation was September 4 so some operators are learning their routes.

jillcullum In answer to your question Sunday: you can't get your bus pass back, but you can get a refund if you contact Customer Service.
dontbecreepy On hot days it is hard to cool the inside of the buses with the doors opening frequently and passengers opening windows.
dontbecreepy Saw your tweet from Sunday. All of our buses have heat systems set at 68-72 degrees.
