Man Accused Of Threatening COTA Bus Driver | WBNS-10TV
A man was arrested and charged after he had allegedly threatened to kill a bus driver, 10TV News reported Friday.

Police said the man, Clyde Ramey, had a history of behavioral issues,  10TV’s Jason Frazer reported.
A bus driver for the Central Ohio Transit Authority told police that Ramey spent about 15 minutes making threats against him while riding the bus.
According to the bus driver, Ramey told him that he wanted to “take out three black COTA drivers.”
Once Ramey stepped off the bus, he allegedly turned his anger against police.
“He was yelling and screaming at the officers,” said Westerville police Lt. Tracey Myers.  “At one point he bladed his body toward officers and got into a fighting stance and lounged at one of the officers. “
Police tried to arrest Ramey but they said he would not go quietly.
“He kicks one of his legs and strikes the officer in the arm-shoulder area,” Myers said.  “He was trying to bite their arms and that sort of stuff but they were able to avoid that so no one was bitten.”
Authorities said Ramey was in custody several years ago for attacking another police officer.
“If you attack an officer, expect a response,” Myers said.  “We're going to take the appropriate measures to put down that attack and arrest that person.
Ramey was charged with assault, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, Frazer reported.
Police said it was not clear why Ramey made the threats to the bus driver.
