Not as impressive as a MAX shelter. Will that shelter have a Transit Tracker sign? Will it have internal lighting? Of course not.
TriMet can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on unused bike shelters, but barely scrapes by for bus shelters. It's bad enough that this stop (a heavily used stop at the Transit Center) didn't have anything, but to then insult the riders by doing a half-assed job?
If TriMet treated MAX the same, well...let's just say MAX wouldn't be anything near what it is.

We're getting new shelters in Milwaukie -- they look just like the MAX shelters downtown & will have transit tracker signs just like the mall.
Oh wait, I guess the bus stops on the mall also meet this standard as well. So I suppose we're not the only ones!
