Where is that "audit"?

The fact that is so called audit will not be released till the very end of the timeline  leads me to believe its not going to be very significant.
 It's standard operating procedure for government agencies to take as long as they can to issue reports such as this.
The reason for that is as time goes on people tend to forget or the issue becomes less 'hot button'.
