What happened to the Dekum Market

From the years 1997-1999 I drove the bus 8 and it had a layover by Dekum park. The authorized rest room was a place called the Dekum Market. Bus drivers never went in there cause it was 'scary'. Well I used to use the restroom in there and believe me it was scary. It was a total dive and if you looked closely you could see the crack pipe hidden in the wall. Well look at it now!
