Trimet should get its house in order before they track fare evaders, especially since fare evaders and their resulting tickets are but a mere drop in the bucket for their revenues.
Since Trimet likes to act above the law, I find it insulting that their fare inspectors, aka rent-a-cop bullies, have such power to write tickets and exclusions based on whatever they feel like, regardless of whether or not the person has actual valid fare. This is the truth and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has experienced this.
