Quality in Bus Stops

A "standard" bus stop in downtown Eugene in front of the Oregon Electric Station restaurant.  Note the artistic "people" that decorate the shelter.  Also note the bus stop sign with schedule information and two seats.

An EmX Gateway Line island station on Pioneer Parkway in Springfield.  A very attractive and pleasing design, with a shelter design that provides protection from rain but is also "open" to eliminate security concerns, a lighted information kiosk with schedule and map information, and an off-board TVM.
A downtown Eugene EmX station on West 11th Avenue.  Another very attractive design that can be used to improve regular bus stops as well.  Includes shelter, hand railing, garbage can, an electronic arrivals display, a lighted information kiosk.
