They're painting the 1400's?WHY?
There is nothing like driving a 1400 up Pill Hill and discharging sooty exhaust into the main entrance of the VA Hospital as you leave the stop.
It was probably involved in an incident or something and needed to be repainted anyway. I don't think they're repainting just to repaint them.
