Bottom line, it's all about getting tax dollars and suppression of the working class.
That one really offensive hippy Station Agent has shown up drunk and stoned, what's up with that?
It's about control and manipulation of human beings exactly. Going to work sick is well known to be as hazardous as going to work drunk yet it's allowed.
Going to work without adequate sleep is a top cause of accidents. Yet our culture promotes multiple jobs, split shifts, overtime, etc. Drug testing is invasive police state bullshit.
