If they REALLY wanted to schedule a meeting for the average working Joe to attend, wouldn't it start at 700 or 730 PM? For anyone who is not in the downtown core area, getting to the Portland Building at 530 PM is difficult at best.I'm sure the plan is to get it wrapped up before Dancing with the Stars starts.BTW, I have no clue what night Dancing with the Stars is on.
I just googled it, Dancing with the Stars is on Monday night. I have no idea what reality show is on Wednesday.
They don't want the public to attend or testify. That's why they announce the meeting 5 days in advance and it's usually at 9am on a Wed or whatever.
Wait I'm confused - I thought the board briefings happened earlier in the month and the board meetings were the last Wednesdays of the month at 9am. Did that change, since this is a briefing on the last Wed in the afternoon?
