We are meeting with the operater about encroaching into bike lanes when someone is riding there. The operator should have held back and waited for the person to clear the bike lane before serving the stop.
Please report any incidents like this to TriMet at 238-RIDE or customerservice@trimet.org and include time, location, direction, line #, 4-digit bus #, and description of operator.

Well, not so courteous maybe but lets understand something here:
The bus most likely did that because he/she did not want the bike to go between the bus and the curb as the passenger was de-boarding, potentially causing a collision between bike and person.
Most bicyclists go around buses on the left in this situation.
I vote NOT GUILTY due to extenuating circumstances!

Seems like an illegal move to me. Bus should have waited, and, in fact, this is what I most commonly see when I'm out there riding my bike. It's not usually the bus operators I'm worried about.
