I cooperated with management about the video in question but was disciplined anyway.
If this is the case then why should I not put the video right back where it was.
You have no right to tell me what I can do with my personal stuff that was obtained on my personal time on my personal equipment and was obtained legally.

When management is wrong, STOP COOPERATING WITH MANAGEMENT. Your compliance implies acceptance of their illegal policies.
I have no intention of cooperating with them again.
The facts so far are that I now know the "rules" via this discipline.
I did not know the "rules" when I did the video in question.
The video in question has every right to be on my blog, subsequent video's like this will not be posted until I get a attorney's legal advice on the matter.
