I had the opportunity to speak with the Transit Police Officer this afternoon who arrested Gloria Soto at her home on Wednesday night. She was charged with criminal mischief and interfering with public transportation, both felony charges. On February 21, 2011 she allegedly smeared dog feces on the drivers seat and steering wheel of a TriMet bus which was on a layover at the Sunset Transit Center.
Since she was eighteen years old, she was transported to jail and has since been released. The officer told me that she had been "dared" by a friend to vandalize the bus in the above manner. The officer also wrote her a 90 day exclusion from TriMet property.
My personal message to Ms. Soto: " If you are going to do something this stupid, do it as a juvenile, not as an adult. You are now in deep doo doo."

I forgot to mention, the police got a tip from someone who ratted on her. Recognized her from the security picture that was circulated in the media.

This girl is crazy I moved my family from the apartment complex she lives in because of her and her brother. She bites people for fun and thinks she is above the law. She actually bit my 11 year old for no reason. The girls mother has no control of her children and does not see that her children are out of control.
