HR CONCLUDES ITS INVESTIGATION INTO ELLEN FOX'S COMPLAINT
al, It appears on page 2 of the hr report, that they are refering at least one issue to management. (the collecting of signatures at center street). I would guess that all is not hunky dory. I personaly believe that the collecting of signatures at work is a permissable activity in the workplace , if its for a greeting card or a union document or a petition to have a statute erected in honor of the driver of the years 1990-2010. What I believe is not the point. I would interpet the letter to mr. Day in a different light. I am cynical. I think you are misled by the tone on page one. Do not believe they are disinterested in the fray. larry c

My confidence in Trimet Administrators has improved greatly as a result of this determination.

al,
To be surprised in battle is a sure path to defeat. If page one is disarming, page two is
alarming.
