Not sure that $6K constitutes "getting rich", especially compared to multi-million dollar bonuses and golden parachutes that other company execs get - even when they run the company into the ground. Nevertheless, a lot of these folks are grossly overpaid.
Meanwhile, those of us who help operate her services were asked to forgo our pay increases. As I have said in the past, your bonus should not be on what you built and opened, it should be based on the ridership. If you have to cut service (Like Sound Transit just did, and more cuts are coming), then you shouldn't be getting a raise until the ridership is up, period.
